DISPUTE RESOLUTION IN HEALTHCARE AND HOSPITALS  provides consulting, arbitration, mediation and litigation services to the healthcare industry. With the evolving healthcare landscape , changes in the way healthcare is provided in this country will give rise to both internal and external conflicts.  For example, under the Affordable Care Act, healthcare corporations are encouraged to employ physicians which leads to more contract and medical staff issues; healthcare providers are confronting layer after layer of insurance and reimbursement regulation which leads to more contractual disputes;  the provider/patient relationship is becoming more distant which will result in greater concern about the quality of care being rendered; and end of life decisions are becoming more complicated which can lead to conflicts in the provider/patient relationship.Our experience is deep in each of these areas of concern and we assist individuals and corporations confronting such issues on a national basis.  The approach we have adopted is AMR which stands for Avoid-Manage-Resolve Disputes.    There are few consultants with our depth of understanding of both the industry; the problems that arise; and the available solutions.  Our services are different from those sponsored by insurance companies, healthcare corporations or government agencies due to our independent, uncompromised analysis of the situation.  
Over the past years, we have created a web page and a blog that addresses many of these issues.  In fact, we have available over 200 podcasts that specifically address issues that arise in healthcare and how those can be addressed through the AMR process.  Further, we have published two books and have several in production that complement this consulting role. Our subject matter familiarity in the area of healthcare disputes has allowed us to assist individuals in resolving disputes which arise in healthcare and hospitals.
