Resolve

There are many alternative processes available to resolve healthcare controversies. Some alternatives require consensus between the parties such as mediation and conciliation. Other alternatives submit the dispute to a third party for resolution such as arbitration or trials. Each of these alternatives has pluses and minuses which vary significantly from situation to situation. Due to extensive experience with each of these forms of resolution and our familiarity with healthcare issues, we are called upon to mediate and arbitrate these matters and consult about how best to present witnesses and evidence to judges and juries.
